The United States Lighthouse Society has announced the recipients of its 2026 Preservation Grants program. 

A total of $45,000 has been awarded to organizations dedicated to restoring and preserving U.S. lighthouses.

This year, grants were awarded for preservation projects focused on these lighthouses:

1. Sabine Pass Lighthouse, Louisiana
2. Sable Points Lighthouse, Michigan
3. Stannard Rock Lighthouse, Michigan
4. Straitsmouth Island Lighthouse
5. Cape Blanco Lighthouse, Oregon
